Not enough space

Not enough space

Dear reader,

When i want to download music to my mobile for offline use. it says i dont have enough space. my mobile has like 8GB of free space available.

I tried reinstalling spotify but the only thing what happened was that the 300 songs on my mobile where removed. Spotify said the same error after logging in so now i removed those 300 songs. and still it says i dont have enough space.

What do i have to do to make music offline available again?

Greetings from holland,

Wouter

Hey, I've the same problem now. Have you fixed yours?

@DavidNilsson What device, android and spotify versions are you using? How much free space do you have in device memory, internal and external SD locations and where is the spotify cache located?

When does this error come up exactly?

  1. what is 'cashe'?

@Patrickoesmith - That unusual, how much free storage space do you have left?

If this post was helpful, please add kudos below!

I just downloaded the latest version of spotify and since then I cannot download any offline playlists due to "not having enough space."

I have ~9Gb on internal memory, 16Gb on SD.

I'm using the Samsun Galaxy S4. Has anyone fixed this??

Thanks

My solution was to do a factory reset... after that i could downloas again...

This was on my note 1 (n7000) but i have the note 4 now. So no more troubles.
