Hi,

 

So, I'm having a problem with my android app. Every time a song changes I get a new notification/ring. It doesn't look like a big deal, but it really annoys me. Especially while I'm listening to my playlists. Sometimes a song has a smooth ending that combines with the beginning of another song making a great transition and that is irritably disturbed by a notification telling me that the song has changed. I don't want a notification every time the song change. I think this is happening since I updated to Oreo, but I'm not sure. Please, help me, because I already tried everything in the notifications settings but nothing works. In the most ridiculous cases, I have to listen to the ring especially when I don't want to. In a few playlists that I created, there are a few silent tracks just to make a better song transition and that's completely disturbed by the rings.

What's your Spotify version?

 

Can you please log in a different account (maybe from a friend or someone in your family) to see if the issue persists?

a versão atual é a 8.4.97.807

eu não tenho outra conta pra testar, mas acredito que não vai fazer diferença : /

e acho que se eu tirar da minha conta agora eu vou ter que baixar todas as minhas playlists de novo depois e isso vai dar um bom trabalho : (

Os testes que poderia fazer no Spotify seriam logar em outra conta e reinstalar pra ver se o problema persiste. 

 

Se não quer fazer isso, então sugiro que tente novamente conferir as configurações de notificação do seu celular. Talvez habilitar/desabilitar, reiniciar o celular, esperar uma nova atualização...
