Now Playing Bar Not Appearing

In the Android app (Droid Turbo, Android 6.0), the now playing bar sometimes won't reappear from my previous session when I start the app.  For example, this would be a typical scenario for me:

1. Start album over bluetooth in my car and listen to first 3 songs

2. Turn off car/kill Spotify app on my phone

3. Later restart the app intending to play the music through headphones

After that, my now playing bar will not be there.  However, if I were to start a new album (or even the previous album) and look in the queue, next song up in my queue would be song 4 from the previous album followed by the rest of that album.  The app remembers where I left off from my previous session.  It's just the now playing bar won't appear to let me start where I left off.

Please let me know if I forgot to give an other important information!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

That's odd. Can you let us know which Spotify version you're currently using? Also, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event?

In the meantime, can you try with a different device to see if this issue persists?
