Offline Device

Ever since I added my Gear S3 as offline device, i seem to always loose 1 out of 3 avaialble devices. 

So, my ipad will say I have reached maximum number of oflline devices, i will check on offline device list and there's my gear s3 and android phone. Download music to ipad, and next thing the offline music will be gone from my android. 

And if I download for my Android, then the ipad will complain again

this keeps going on and on in circles, where can i get help on this? 

this is really frustrating
