My Question or Issue
Hallo,
Vielen Dank.
Hi there @Kaschden113,
Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community.
You can try removing the offline devices as shown here. If the issue persists or the steps don't work, you can also reach out to our support team and they can reset all offline cache for you.
Hope this helps.
Hello, thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, your link does not describe how I can remove offline devices
Thanks for the response @Kaschden113.
You can follow the steps in the article to remove downloaded content on devices you're no longer using to avoid any possible performance issues on the devices that you are using.
Like @Joan mentioned you can also directly reach out to the support team so that they can remove the offline devices for you.
It's worth mentioning that there's an idea where users would like the offline devices list on the Account Page to be back so you can definitely check it out and give it your vote if you'd like. The more votes it gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented.
Hope this helps clear things up and we're here if you've got any other questions 🙂
Hi, how can i reach out to the support team? I think i have the same problem and i don't find any possibility to get into contact with support team.
Hope you can help me.
Hey there @stef4nbott,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
If you have issues with your downloaded content, remember you can find in this article how to delete it from your devices. Make sure to give a look at the Delete downloads section. You can also try and remove the cache stored on your devices by following these steps.
Nonetheless, and to answer your question, you can find out here how to contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you check your account and add more insights. It's worth mentioning this idea we've located that you might find interesting.
Lastly, just to clarify the initial question that @Kaschden113 made (perhaps this is your case too), it's important to mention all accounts on a Family plan are independent of one another. The changes that are made to one of the accounts don't affect the other ones. Therefore, using the Sign out everywhere button just affects the one account into which the user is logged in.
Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
