Offline Music Deleted After Phone Restart

Hey everyone!

I have been expirencing this issue where every time I restart my phone, all my offline music on Spotify needs to be redownloaded. I feel like this defeats the purpose of offline mode. 😕 I have a feeling it's a bug so I tried redownloading Spotify with no luck. In addition, some settings aren't being saved either. For instance the "Download Quality" keeps being set back to the default value. Is anyone else expirencing this issue?

Have you tried removing Spotify, restarting the phone and then re-installing?
