Offline Music Stops Playing on Samsung S4

Hi,

Since this morning, all the music I have downloaded on my Spotify Music app on the Samsung S4 stops playing when I lose the internet or mobile data connection. I have it stored on my internal storage and not on the SD card. I also reinstalled the Spotify Music app but the songs are still all grey and not white. I have attached a screenshot. I also have a Premium membership so not sure what is going on.

Can someone please help?

Hi. Unfortunately, reinstalling spotify removes downloaded music so you will need to redownload it now. Hopefully, once you have done that, everything will b fine but please shout if you have any more problems.
