Offline data gone

Dear spotify.
Please help this is the 2nd time i lost all my offline data. Im android user and im very disappointed with spotify system and costumer service.

Not only you dont have any real solution for this you not even provide profesional costumer care. I already read few post with similiar problem and none of them have an working solution.

Please do something. Because we pay for this. And you didn't give proper care for costumer.
