Offline files arent avilable

Offline files arent avilable

Hey, so I recently started using Spotify and became premium and all.
Downloaded the app and and with it, like a 1100 songs to be available offline.
Its the second time already that I turn off my phone, and on again and all the songs cannot be played offline like **bleep**
And I can see in the memory settings that Spotify weighs like 7-10 GB
Its really troubling me, I don't know how to fix it.
I'm using a OnePlus One BTW.

Hey Edenbachar 🙂

It's possible that there's trouble with your cached data. Please remove your offline devices, reinstall the app, then re-sync them.

This will help clear the air between your device and Spotify.

From the support page:

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Click Offline devices.
  3. Click REMOVE to reset an individual device or REMOVE ALL DEVICES to reset all offline devices on your account.

Note: Any device you remove will have to re-sync songs for offline listening.
