Offline mode doesn't work

Offline mode doesn't work

I am owner of a "family" premium account, every time I try to download an album or playlist on my microsd on samsung s4 when I come in offline mode the app doesn't play the songs, even if there is a green sign next the tracks, then when I restart the app it show the screen "create/access account".

I already tried to reinstall the app but do not change anything,

Let's see if we can get you some help here.

 

Firstly, can you confirm that you are on your  family account when this issue happen's also do the other account's have same issue?

 

Second, please check in settings that you have offline mode switched on. And when signing out you can get back in to your account without having to reinstall Spotify.

Yes, other account's don't have this issue, if i switch to offline mode It doesn't change anything, if I close spotify and I have a wifi connection nothing happens, but if I haven't connession, the application restart from the beginning.
