Offline mode or my phone's Airplane mode makes me login?

Hi, I'm having a major issue with this app. I have Premium and loaded the Amazon app on my blackberry z30. The app itself works well, however, I'm leaving for a fishing trip up north where there will be no internet available (at all) and I have a weird bug. If my phone goes into airplane mode, and/or if I switch Spotify to "offline mode", and the app closes. The next time I launch the app it makes me sign in (login). when I try to sign in I either get "no internet available" if I'm on airplane mode, and if I'm on "offline mode" I get "To connect to Spotify, please turn off the Offline mode."

What's strange is that even after it has asked me to login, if I go and turn on my wifi and re-launch the app, it no longer asks for login and goes right into my music..

I've reinstalled the app (clean) 3 or 4 times now.. I also tried changing my password on the account page with no luck.

Can someone please help me soon (version 2.9.0.890)

2.9.0 seems to have issues with connecting to the internet (seemingly on WiFi). Try downgrading to 2.8 which you can find following the link in my sig

I just did a clean installation of 2.8 from your link. Same exact problem. Anything else you can suggest?

If I login via facebook vs username/password does that help in any way? From what I've noticed not much difference.

Seems like airplane mode now works. I can get into spotify if I'm in airplane mode, but as soon as I switch to Offline Mode, I get the login page on the next application launch..
