Dear community,

 

I'm having issues getting my Spotify to work in offline mode on my Android phone. On the PC everyis working fine, I've got my license activated. But when I press offline mode on my phone it tells me that my license has been expired and that I must renew it. Offline mode has never worked for me.

 

I've tried to clear the apps cache and data, even reinstalled and rebooted my phone, with no avail.

 

Could someone please help me with this issue?

Solved, I forgot to sync my phone with Spotify.

How do you "sync my phone with Spotify"? Are there something I must do on my phone?

 

I have the same problem but I have had preium for a year so should work, but no.

I think this message appears when you need to disable "Offline Mode" in Spotify and connect to the internet. This would confirm that you still have an active subscription with Spotify, and you should be able to continue using your offline playlists. You'll need to do this at least every 30 days.
