Offline music is getting deleted

For no reason I'll go back to Spotify listen to my saved songs and they are all deleted. Playlist stay it is just the albums that disappear and I'm stuck the whole day without being able to listen to my music what am I supposed to do this is awful.

If you use Spotify on your mobile phone, it's possible that this problem is caused by the free storage on your phone. Could you look after that?

I have 20 gb available just for my music so it is not space which is more infuriating.
