Offline music on Samsung Gear S3 - some trakcs do not dowload

My Question or Issue

 I set my device to download the music from one of my playlist (about 150 tracks) according to mlendards post. It works fine for some tracks, however, many of them do not get uploaded to the device. Below those, I see an icon of grey cloud with a cross instead of a usual green arrow.

A can download e.g.: Earth, Wind, Fire - September or Samba de Jaineiro, Let's get Loud - Jay Lo

I am unable to download e.g.: Rolling in The Deep - Adele, Secrets - Tiesto.

Remarks:

1. All tracks are currently available on the desktop version.
2. The memory is not the issue. All downloaded tracks are 400 MB (according to Spotify app on watch) and I have about 1GB free space.
3. Having failed to download some of those tracks within the playlist, Spotify app proudly informed me that the downloading process has finished, so I believe it's some kind of bug...
