Offline playlists are away

I downloadet all of my playlists on spotify to my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Sometimes all of my downloadet offline playlists are away! I have to download it all again! Why?

This is often because either your phone's storage is full or your premium membership expired or changed. I would suggest checking your storage specifics for the spotify app.

I have always enough storage and my membership doesn't expired! My membership is running over Telekom and I pay with my mobile flatrate...

I called Telekom and they said, that is no fault with the paymant. I see that my premium is active...?
