Offline tracks dont play

Since last spotify update i cant use offline playlists anymore. I download a playlist but in offline mode the songs don't start.
I reinstalled spotify.
I cleared the cache.
I restarted my Samsung galaxy S5.
I downloaded the tracks on divice and on sd card in every quality that's available.
I did everything i read in this forum as a "solution" nothing works.
please send a new spotify update. So many users have this problem. It must be a app issue. I am premium user and i pay now for nothing 😞
