Offline tracks randomly get deleted on all devices

I listen to my offline music all the time on my PC, Android phone and Android Tablet in my car. I have an issue where after between 1 and ~60 days of downloading all of my music to the SD card/HDD, it will randomly delete all the offline songs. It's even happened 3 times in one day before. They get deleted even if I have been online within 30 days, at random (it's different between devices) and with no error message. The offline permissions haven't been revoked on my account it simply just unticks the "downloaded" option on all playlists.

I have had this issue for about 4 months and I only use those 3 devices, I've tried many things such as reinstalling the app, making sure it's up to date and that the storage device isn't getting corrupt in any way.

This issue has been occuring over several spotify updates (was hoping for a fix).
