So, I've changed facebook pic like 3-4 months ago or so, but the "discover weekly" picture is still a picture of me and my ex.. so does anyone know how to fix this?

Since I see you are still having issues, to have a new account you just create withOUT facebook. Once it's created you get it touch with Spotify Support through the contact form provided before. To make the transfer just clarify every data possible to the Agent so the process can be done faster. Just provide the old account info (user, payment method, etc) and the new one (user and pass I'd guess), clarifying you want a transfer. Do not be confused with merge, it won't make the problem go away most likely!

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community! I'll help you on this one 🙂

 

First of all, I would like you to try two things:

  1. Discover Weekly should adjust to your latest Profile Picture. So feel free to log out and in of Spotify.
  2. If you have a Spotify-created account that is linked to Facebook, please try disconnecting your Facebook from your Spotify account and after an hour or two, try reconnecting. If nothing happens, according to another post, leave it disconnected for a week or two and it should revert to the default picture.

 

If nothing happens yet, you could try clearing cache and reinstalling the app!

 

Aaaaand if nothing happens (let's hope you are able to fix this with any method), you can either create a new account or get in touch with customer support through the Contact Form. If they send you here with an automated mail, reply to the mail (even if it's a no-reply) and one of the cool agents should be with you soon 🙂

First of all, thanks for the long answer, I really appreciate it! 🙂

But how do I go about transfering my playlists to a new account that is not connected to facebook? And would I have to activate premium again? I would like to not get charged twice or not have to pay twice, since I just got premium again for the second time a few days ago.

I did try to refresh cache, uninstall etc. Disconncet from facebook a few hours. Log in and log out. Sadly the issue still remains 😕

So I feel as if it might be easier to just start a new account etc. But I'm not sure how it all works, as I wouldn't want to be charged twice
