[Oneplus] No music when connecting wired headset (3.5 mm)

With the latest update, I can't hear music when wired headset is connected. Spotify shows that music is playing but no sound. It's not an issue of headset/jack as other application play normally when headset connected.

Rebooting device, clearing cache, reinstalling Spotify didn't rectify issue.

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? In case you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check if any power saving or data cleaning settings are activated on your mobile device. Make sure you disable them since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you try to connect from another device to see if the issue persists?
