Only see devices from Android when connected to LTE but not on WI-FI

I have an Alexa echo device, and a PC with Spotify Desktop and Web Spotify player.

From the desktop connected to WiFi, I can see all devices: smartphone, Alexa and Web player.

But, on my Android smartphone I see desktop, web player and Alexa only when I connected to LTE cellular network. I can't see any devices when Wifi connected.

I tried switching on/off "Show local devices only" option, but it doesn't work.

This issue is happening since about six months.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, if you haven't yet, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device to check if you notice any difference. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
 

Lastly, if this behavior persists, would you mind checking if the same happens on a different mobile device?  It’ll help us isolate this behavior if you could check. You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.
