Order of playlists in folder doesn't stay alphabetical

Since one of the recent updates of the Android App the order of playlists in a folder doesn't stay Alphabetical any more but always changes back to Recent. I can change it as often as I want to Alphabetical, the app simply ignores my wish. Very annoying, when you have a lot playlists in a folder. Please bring back the old option.

Just to confirm, is this happening to all of your folders? Is the sorting changed automatically or does it reset when you close and reopen the app?

Also, could you send over the model, OS version and the Spotify version running on your Android?

Same problem for me. It is happening in all folders. I change the sorting from Recents, and as soon as I leave the folder it resets.

Phone model: Pixel 8

OS version: Android 14

Spotify version: 8.9.03.433

De- and reinstalling the app solved the problem for me.

It looks like you're not running the latest version of the app. In this case, could you perform a clean reinstall to see if that makes the difference?
