PLEASE FIX SMS and email notifications still non existent.

I am getting really mad that spotify fixed the issue with not being able to hear directions from an app, but still never fixed the issue that they will not play notifications (really low to the point you can't hear it). I drive long distance all the time and it kills me that I have to pull over to check my phone to see if my wife text me. Why can't you fix it or give an option to allow this in the menu for those that want to hear notifications instead of taking it away completly. This way I will know when to pull over to reply to a message.

Hi. Notifications can be a tricky one vervain different people would want different behaviour. For instance I dock my phone in the car and can see when a notifiable comes in, I don't want my phone to play the tone and disturb my music. In fact there were a lot of complaints from people when Spotify did do the behaviour you are asking for.

It may be worth checking the ideas board, and if not already there making a topic with an idea of giving you, the user, the option to say how you want Spotify to behave when a notification is received.
