Can someone please provide an actual email address I can use to speak with anyone at Spotify for customer support!? I paid for premium, have receipt. When I use the app, it will not let me download music. An add pops up when I try. It says about not being able to use that feature. I need to purchase Premium. Grrr I have cleared cash on phone, uninstalled, reinstalled cleared data as well, factory reset my phone... I'm Pissed. I paid and have not been able to use properly in WEEKS. 😞
