I got spotify premium, it said it would be R$1.99 first 3 months, but i paid R$11.00, why?

Either you missed the promotion deadling or misread it and it said 10.99. That's all I can think of. Try and find the promotion and see if the system messed up, spotify will refund you if your case is valid.
