Phone purchased in UAE won't download Spotify in Australia

I'm unable to download Spotify from the Play Store in Australia on an Android phone purchased in the UAE. Can anybody help? THANK YOU!

If you have troubles installing Spotify from the Play Store, you may want to try the APKs from APK mirror.

Also, you can try installing the application from Play Store via your Desktop computer, just connect your phone to Wi-Fi network and click the install button ( make sure to select the device you want to install Spotify on ).

Thank you for your response; however, I have no idea was APKs are and how an app manager relates to installing Spotify. The second part of your message - downloading Spotify on my phone via my desktop computer also isn't clear to me...
Can you explain how this can be done....? Thanks!!!
