A couple of months ago I found out that I had been hacked and someone had deleted my playlists and added their own, to my account.

I deleted them and recovered my old lists.

 

Ever since then, despite adding new songs to my playlists, the new songs do not appear when I am offline. This is extremely annoying. 

 

I can't seem to be able to contact Spotify direct so am looking for some help.

I have a Premium Family account with three users and we are well below the 3333 song limit, over all devices. 

 

I have 4+GB free space on my phone, so there isn't an issue there. 

 

Any ideas?
