Playlist is lost

Can somebody help me? I am registered on my mobile with my facebook account and on my tablett with my username. On the tablett i made a big playlist of songs. On my mobile i had only few songs. 

Now there is no more my big playlist on my tablett. Instead of it I have now there the few songs from my mobile. I tried to register in both ways, via facebook and via username. In both ways there is no more my playlist. 

Has anyone the same problem?

If you linked your account to facebook, then you will need to login with facebook credentials to see your playlists. Go ahead and use this recover playlists feature to re-add those songs that you lost.

Do you know if you have two accounts? It's possible you created a second one with your Facebook login. Can you try your "old" credentials and run the same process?
