Playlist not available

Playlist not available

Hi, I have downloaded some Playlist to be available in offline mode, which worked perfectly fine up until two days ago. Now only some of my Playlist are not available anymore. The name is written in grey letters vs usually white and I can't click on it, although the songs were properly downloaded and worked fell in offline mode before. I am using Android on my Sony phone.
Thanks for ideas and help!

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

 

In this case, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
  3. Reinstall the app. Here's how
  4. Once you've reinstalled. Save your offline tracks again.
