I would like to order my playlists alphabetical. I use mobile app.
But as I choose possibility order alphabetical and I go back or close and open app again, the order is always back to recet

Spotify version is 8.9.46.426.

We'd like to add further insights into this behavior. In the video you kindly sent us, we noticed you were setting the filter for a folder. So, in that sense, it's important to mention that in order to see the alphabetical order within a folder, you should sort alphabetically from the main page of the library first.
That being explained, and since we noticed the main library page is sorted alphabetically, we'd suggest using a different sort of option on the main page and then, setting up alphabetically again. That should help sync the sorting option in general terms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. Keep us in the loop!

I tried another types of sorting on main library page and another sorting in folders.
But always the same. On the main library page the sorting persist as I set it and in folders changes it always to sort option recent.. It doesnt matter what I set anywhere.
