Playlist randomness

Hey Everyone

could somebody help me out... Ive been a spotify customer now for years and this is the first time something has confused me... I drive a lot and I have a load of playlists that I have lovingly put together with a load of my fave albums on, I download these so I dont use my data and I normally sort them by artist and listen alphabetically...

for some reason earlier i was listerning to a playlist and everything was fine, after listerning to my release radar and then going back to my playlist I have found that all of my albums have now been mixed up, it is still listed by artist alphabeticallly but the albums are no longer playing in the order they are meant to the tracklisting is all messed up, I think it is playing alphabetically

does anybody know why this has happened... on my laptop everything is fine only on my phone is is playing up? i'm tempted to re install it

Bumping this.
I've had this issue for two days now and it's driving me insane.

Yes, no matter what Sorting setting you're using it's still going to list each song in alphabetical order from that artist.

Hey!

So, the only way I've found to fix this problem as of now is to download a third party playlist manager for the app so you can sort it how you'd like.

Happening to me as well. If I select a song because I want to hear it, the app turns off shuffle. Which means I have to go back and turn on shuffle again. Tried uninstall and reinstall but still happening. Driving me nuts.

I have this problem too and it's so frustrating...I've just gone back to using my library instead of my playlists for the meantime.
