If you're experiencing issues with the playback or the app in general terms, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall by following these steps. That way, you can be sure the app is up-to-date, and the stored cache isn't leading to any performance issues.

 

 You can also share with us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • The exact Spotify version you're running there.
  • A complete and detailed description of the issues you've encountered.
