Playstation 4 premium not carrying over to andriod device

Playstation 4 premium not carrying over to andriod device

I have paid for premium for 2 months in a row now for listening to music on my Playstation 4 while.gaming, I got a new galaxy note 5 today and when I sign in I don't not have premium,only free

Has anyone else had this sort of problem and if so please help! Thanks!

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
