Please add ability to re-order playlist tracks without a desktop PC.

I have a Chromebook, and I have an Android phone, but I cannot perform such a simple task as re-ordering the songs within my playlist. People have been asking for this for years and it is such a simple, and necessary, feature. It's really frustrating that I don't have any way to change the song order. When will this be added?

You can reorder songs from your Chromebook and see the changes in your Android phone.

To reorder songs from your Chromebook, open the playlist and check if songs are being automatically sorted (green arrow pointing up or down next to "Artist", "Album", etc). Click the green arrow until it disappears.

You can now reorder songs however you'd like.

The changes you make will be visible in your Android phone.

If you're not seeing the changes in your phone, scroll all the way to the top and tap on the 3 lines icon and select custom order.

Hello,

You're aware that there's no downloadable version of Spotify for Chrome OS, right? I'd need a desktop/laptop that's running Windows or Mac to use that.

So I have to use the Spotify web player. Unless I'm missing something, it's not possible to drag tracks within the web player, and it's actually not even possible to arrange tracks by artist, title, etc.

That's why I'm wondering if you could please make sorting a possibility in either the web player or the app.

I'd recommend you to check every once in a while for any announcements on official support for Chrome OS.

OK. Well, I'm not going to hold my breath because that thread is over 2 years old and hundreds of people have already expressed my exact sentiments. I guess I'll be vote #436. The need for this feature should be clear by now. Honestly, I'm not trying to be harsh but I have a hard time understanding what's the point of having software engineers if you can't use them to implement such a basic feature that your users want so badly.
