Podcasts don't show in "last heard"

Since last update on android, podcasts dont show in LAST HEARED.
only songs show there....

how can i fix that?

All done, nothing helps...only songs appear in LAST HEARED

Thanks for the response. As a follow up on @Prague's wonderful suggestions, please try a clean reinstall, that can help resolve a multitude of issues. If the behaviour persists after that, please send us some screenshots or a video of what you see so we can investigate.
