Poor song quality - Skipping like a CD

Premium user in Brazil on a Redmi Note 7, Android ofc.

I have been having this problem with some particular songs across multiple devices, platforms, accounts and software versions. On said songs, always on the same times, the audio skips (like it would do when playing from a scratched CD). The song I've noticed this problem more clearly was Lion Man, by **bleep**. I assume that's probably due to some problem when Spotify got the file from the recorder, right? 

I don't know if these skips would show up when trying to play the song in other countries, from other servers, and I do know that it's a bug and not a feature (as in the skips weren't intended by the artist, they don't exist on other sources). If you could try listening to the song I mentioned, there are many unmistakeable skips between the 0:15 and 0:50 marks. 

Any thoughts? Possible solutions? Thanks!

Edit: artist's name is "Cri" followed by "olo", no spaces. I guess the forum recognized this name as a racial slur. I feel like that's pretty much censoring the word "black". Not the point right now, tho.
