Premium Account 2500 Offline Songs gone

Toll now i have my premium Account 4-5 years, iam now on vacation and all of sudden all my offline songs are gone. Playlists are still available and iam able to download all songs again.
The green arrow disappeared, the playlist aren't even shown as saved ones (grey arrow is also missing).
The funny thing is that i got an error message saying iam using more than 3 devices for offline songs, in the attachment you can see that i only have 2 devices for offline playlist, my Pc and my smartphone. Second funny thing, all the offline songs still seem to exist on my smartphone. The Spotify app shows a storage usage of about 11Gb-12Gb (attachment).
I appreciate any help and thank you in advance.

P.s.: i got no wlan here in my holiday house otherwise i would just download them again. 2 weeks without offline songs would be really sad. :'(
