Premium - Downloaded track disappear after turning smartphone back on

Hi Community,

i have problems with my premium account for nearly a week now.

Problem: Downloaded tracks disappear....

First I thought that they randomly disappear, but after some testing I think, that they in most cases disappear, after i turned off my mobile phone. Does anybody else have this issue?

HI @Peterpan710, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If your downloaded songs on your phone are disappearing, it's possible that there's a problem with duplicate cache on your device. In order to fix this, you can try removing all of your offline devices here. Then, just reinstall Spotify by following these steps.

Once you've done that, you'll need to download your music again.

Many thanks for your recommendations, but unfortunately it didn't Work.

I followed every step exactly. After reinstalling the app, I downloaded two Playlists and switched off my device.

After turning my mobile Phone back on, t
The downloaded playlists weren't available offline any more. Same Problem continues...
