Hi,

 

I'm the Plan Managar of a Premuim Duo plan. I have my main oho e but have just purchased a dedicated android mp3 player (Fanvace M32) on which I've downloaded Spotify. I've signed into my Premium account but can't listen to audiobooks.

 

Is there a limit on the number of devices as a Plan Manager?

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

You should be able to listen to your audiobooks on multiple platforms. Could you let us know if you're getting any error messages when you're trying to listen to audiobooks on your new device? If so, sending us a photo of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


If you're not getting any error messages, could you let us know what exactly happens when you'd like to listen to the audiobooks? We'd also like to know if this is the only content you're not able to listen to on the app on that specific device.
