Premium - Offline Playlist - Music jitters when phone is locked

• Recently updated Spotify on my phone.
• When I lock My phone to listen to downloaded music with offline mode enabled or disabled, the music jitters (stops and starts).
• After reading some of your colleagues advice on the forums. I have cleared data and cache, Re-downloaded some of my playlists. However I still experience jittery music when the phone is locked!

Android Version 2.3.6

- Version of Spotify

            1.0.0.82

I have emailed premium@spotify.com but not heard anything back.

Are you storing offline content on your SD card?

I have no idea!

There are no settings or options on where songs are stored.

As far as i know Spotify intelligently uses where the most space is.

Okay Admins, I am bumping this because as a premium user all of my emails are being ignored and I have had minimal support through the forums!

Not quite sure who benefits from your £10 premium service at the moment.

Been using Spotify for years, recomended heavily to everyone I know for years. I don't want to but seeming as I can't even use it on my main portable music device, 24 more hours and I am gone!
