Premium - Spotify Deleting Songs

I have a premium account and have just found that all the songs I saved and have downloaded from artists have been deleted... So now it shows zero songs saved searching under the artist selection. Anyone know the reason for this and a way to recover those lost songs without having to go to each individual artist and re-saving and downloading everything all over again??

I have the same problem, only some of the artists have gone too

Hello,

Same problem here:

- All my downloaded musics are gone (when I entered the album it shows that they're not downloaded anymore);
- Some of the albums that I have saved / downloaded are not available anymore;

I "solved" the problem, unfortunately I had to reinstall the app, luckily I have a fairly new phone so it wasn't too much to redownload.
I emailed spotify directly but they weren't much help at all, they just had me checking a standard list of "solutions" that in my opinion had little to nothing to do with my issue even though I felt like I explained the problem in detail complete with screenshots!
