Premium not working on samsung edge s6

Premium not working on samsung edge s6

As the title suggests I have a premium account, works on my laptop and tablet but not on my phone. I have logged in and out, installed and uninstalled, turned on and off, it recognises me insofar as it has my name and has me logged in correctly with my profile pic, but still nothing. Any help, please?

Hey @Simon103,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your phone, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

I have exactly the same problem (with Sony Z5 compact), but still no success with premium subscription :'(

Edit: Actually Spotify seemed to have lost payment information, account still said "premium" but software said "free". This was fixed when I entered payment information once more.
