Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

I'm having the same problem. I just signed up for the 30-day trial and when I try to play my playlist it says "Only premium users can stream on demand on mobile" and when I click "get premium" it shows that I am subscribed to premium already. Very frustrating!

What's the point of being on premium/premium 30 day trial if you only get to experience it like it's free??
One of the main reasons I upgraded was because I hate the ads and now I keep getting ads telling me to upgrade when I already have.
Have also emailed the help team via the contact form but don't really see them getting back to me anytime soon... Grrrrr

Mine doesn't work. My mobile android device says
"Sorry, can't play this track. Only premium users can stream on demand on mobile. Radio is always free."
I had just upgraded to premium, and another device which requires premium (XBMC spotify plugin) is working. Just not my phone.
How did others solve this?

Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to sync across all devices. Also make sure you are using the correct log in details 😉
Have you tried logging out and back in a few times on your android device?

I logged in and out a couple times, to no avail. I think the login details are correct, since all of my playlists that I setup on my computer are there.
I upgraded last night. Does it usually take this long to sync?
Does it matter if you log in with facebook or with your spotify login (I've done both, and both give me the same playlists).
It shouldn't do if your accounts are correctly linked 😉 I can sign in with either!
Spotify have reported they are having a few login issues currently which might be contributing to this. If it doesn't start working after the current issue is fixed, then I would suggest you drop the customer services team a message using the online contact form and they will be able to look into it for you.
