Hey @Blondie33333 is there another email address you could have used to register for Spotify? Have you checked those inboxes for any emails from Spotify to confirm that's where your account is?

I'm definitely registered under <snip - email address> (user name
lmmafeld) This is also the email address that my iTunes account is under
that I used to purchase the premium bundle.
Please advise what to do? I'd be happy to provide you with the receipt
and/a copy of my bank statement. It was activated on April 17th.

The contact form does not allow me to upload the receipt files. Can you please give me a direct email address that I can send these receipts to directly. I have attached screen shots.
I've now been charged for 2 months and I'm sure that I'm about to be charged feor the third and still no premium! someone please help me!

If you raise a ticket with the contact form you will receive an email with your support ticket no. You can either wait for support to contact you (within 24/48 hrs) or can respond to this directly as it will be picked up by the support team.
