Can't choose a payment option?

Hi,trying to upgrade to premium from a samsung galaxy S3 in the UK. The payment option screen will not allow me to select any options. I want to pay by Visa, but clicking on the options has no effect. Helpthanks in advance !

About deleting an account in guess. The one I made is only a lower case letter away from my Facebook

I have an account that's the same as my Facebook but I made it without cappitolizing the first letter. Now they don't match and I can't get them to link. I guess I need to delete one how do I fix this?

Lost all info

I have premium and when I opened up Spotify on my phone (Galaxy S6) it went to the login screen. Once I logged in all my music was gone and I went back to free. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone.
