Premium not working

When logged in its says I'm on spotify free but I'm not i have been paying for premium for several months. The problem started when I lost my phone and brought a new phone and reset my old phone. But this shouldn't have caused it your go from me getting premium to free? Please help I have unistalled and installed the spotify app and still nothing

It seems you need help logging onto your Premium account. It's best if you can get all the info you have like any email addresses or usernames you may have used to make an account (even if you don't think you used them for Spotify) and include this in the Contact form.

The Support team will be glad to help and see if you have any duplicate accounts lurking around.
