I purchased premium and I've checked my status and it says premium but it won't let me play anything without 3g or Wi-Fi! I've tried logging in and out etc and I'm getting charged for this. Please help

Have you downloaded music to your device?

I haven't downloaded anything but I haven't needed to previously it had
just worked its only in the past couple weeks it hasnt

One of us is confused. The music has to come from somewhere so if you haven't downloaded any, it has to stream from Spotify which requires an internet connection.

Maybe I've misunderstood?
