Previous song displayed in the car

Hi,
I have the last version of Spotify on a OnePlus X with LineageOS (Nougat 7.1.2).

When I put music through bluetooth in my car (Seat Leon 2016), it is always the title of the previous song that is displayed on the screen instead of the current one.

With a Galaxy S6 under Marshmallow, I don't have the problem.
I already tried to reboot, reinstall, I don't know where does it come from.

Any ideas?
