Problem when synching songs for offline

Hi there,

I have a problem when synching songs for offline (by the way I'm a premium user).

Before I used an apple device and everything worked fine.
However, I changed recently for Android and I face an issue.
Indeed, in order to synch a song, I have to play it entirely and it was not the case before.
Thing is, it is really time consuming!

Is there any solution to this issue?

It shouldn't work like that. Maybe start with a clean reinstall of the app on android and, if you still have issues, please post full details of your android device, OS etc (see this troubleshooting guide for the sort of information which will help troubleshoot.
