Problem with SD card storage

Hello,

A friend has a problem with storing his music library. This one is supposed to be on the SD card depending on the settings selected in Spotify settings. However, the music library sometimes disappears (as if the music was deleted [not moved] from the SD card) when you listen to or return to the Spotify application.

Returning to the Spotify storage settings, the storage went back to the phone storage instead of the SD card storage.

• Model: Samsung Galaxy S8
• OS: Android Oreo 8.0
• Spotify's version: 8.4.52.812
