Problems downloading podcasts in the library

My Question or Issue

So far, everything has worked smoothly. But now I have 8 titles pending in the download list. These have an exclamation mark on the right, at the point where the check mark for the completed download or the animated download circle is normally. Every time I start Spotify he tries to download these 8 tracks, but stops at about 20 percent on the first track. Then there are the exclamation marks again.
I have not reached a limit. I can still download other podcasts normally. Other podcasts from the same show too.
Just not these 8 titles. Unfortunately I cannot simply remove them from the library.
Does anyone know what the reason may be. I have already registered again on the smartphone. I reconnected the internet connection and also loaded the latest update.

I would be really happy if someone can solve my problem here.
